Hafeez is the founder of Hyderabad Community. This initiative is visualized, conceptualized and materialized by him with the help of other team members.
He has graduated in B.Com, BBA and holds a Master’s Degree in MBA with specialization in Sales & Marketing. He has 12 years of working experience in various fields like Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Call Center, Finance & Accounting, Quality and Administration in Diverse Industries like Retail, BPO, Real Estate, Construction and Oil & Gas.
During his 12 years of working experience, he worked for various companies and held many positions. From a Helper to a Sales Executive, From a Supervisor to an Associate, A Process Developer & Trainer to Resident Expert and From Assisting the Managers to Managing his own team of 35 People.
He is passionate about Community Service and helping people in whatever capacity he can.
To spread the knowledge & awareness of BPO Industry, Interview Information, Preparation Technique and finding the right job, he started Personality Development, Voice & Accent, English & Grammer and Various Interviewing Skills training classes in the premises of Siasat (Daily) in 2004 with the help of Mr.Zaheeruddin Ali Khan who he says is a unique individual who thinks deeply of his community and does his best to serve them in any capacity possible.
Hafeez has been actively arranging Seminars in Siasat for Personality Development and BPO where world-class trainers like Mr. Rajesh Tedla (GE- USA), Mr. Carlos Herrera (GE-USA) and Mr.Sreevalsan (Dell-India) Participate(d) and enlighten(ed) the crowd. Apart from the foreign delegation and other reputed Speakers and Trainers, we had our own team where Asst.
Managers, Managers, Quality Head, Vice Presidents and Trainers dedicated their time every Saturday and Sunday training others. We have successfully conducted more than 200 (approx) training classes with more than 20 Full time and Part time trainers & Speakers absolutely Free.

He says his strength is his ability to learn quickly, communicate at all levels and Positive Attitude. Although his challenge is managing personal and professional life but, he still manages to spend adequate time with his family.
He says” apart from my Parents & Wife there are two individuals who have always encouraged me in all circumstances of life. One is Mr. Rajesh Tedla who has helped me immensely during my tenure with GE and trained me for various responsibilities via Class Room Sessions, Telephonic Conversations, Tele- Conferences and Personal Discussions. The other highly respected individual is Mr.Zaheeruddin Ali Khan Sahab who is a social figure and very well known for his dedication towards the community Service and for creating many opportunities for the poor and the destitute. May Allah help these two individual inspire others each day with their charismatic and influential personalities along with never ending dedication for helping others. May Allah keep them both and their respective family healthy, wealthy and prosperous – Ameen.
The similar prayer goes for all other brothers and sisters. May Allah help us help each other in the time of distress and happiness. May Allah always keep us healthy, wealthy and prosperous and increase our knowledge with each passing day so that we fulfill the Sunnah of our prophet Muhammed (Pbuh) of Learning and Educating each day.
He loves eating home cooked food prepared by his Mom & Wife and loves reading books, watching movies, Playing Cricket and Chess.
